Brad Christensen
As a managing partner of Pathfinder Mortgage Corporation, Brad Christensen brings more than 35 years of experience structuring commercial real estate financing tailored to income-producing property types. His specialty lies in sourcing exceptionally low, fixed-rate loans—often through capital sources that are otherwise out of reach.
Brad oversees both Pathfinder’s Orange County branch and its broader operations. His clients are typically commercial property owners and landlords who rely on his deep market knowledge and relentless approach to securing optimal loan terms. Whether the objective is to refinance, fund capital improvements, or acquire a new asset, Brad brings the relationships, insight, and determination to get complex deals across the finish line.
His track record is rooted in decades of consistent performance. A graduate of USC’s Marshall School of Business, Brad began his career at Pathfinder as a real estate analyst and completed the Appraisal Institute’s curriculum early in his tenure. During the early 1990s recession, as many top producers exited the industry, Brad stayed and helped rebuild the firm, eventually becoming a partner in the mid-’90s and one of Pathfinder’s principal shareholders by 2003.
Pathfinder’s motto—“Trusted guidance, reliable results”—reflects Brad’s approach. With long-standing ties to insurance companies and other institutional lenders, he provides clients with access to capital solutions that many others can’t deliver.
Brad is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of America, an active advisor within the ProVisors South Coast Metro group, and a retired board member of Beta Housing Corporation, a nonprofit supporting affordable student housing for attendees of USC and Syracuse University.
