J. Bruce Stirling

As Manager/Loan Originator of the San Diego branch of Pathfinder Mortgage Corporation, Mr. Stirling has resided in San Diego for over 40 years and has been involved in every aspect of commercial real estate. Graduating from Eastern Michigan University in 1977 he left the New Home Development industry in Michigan for the Commercial Real Estate industry of San Diego, CA. We formed the San Diego Pathfinder group in 1999. My goal is to provide competitive and well-designed solutions specifically to fit our clients’ financing needs.
