David E. Singleton

Dave has specialized in arranging financing for commercial real estate since 2004.

After finishing his B.S in Physics and Mathematics at UC Davis, Dave developed credit scoring systems for client portfolios with pre-IPO Fair, Isaac. He later entered a family business serving the fresh produce industry, Hollister Cold Storage Co., as Partner and General Manager. Dave combines his consulting-analyst expertise with his seasoning as owner/operator of complex industrial facilities to add value as a fierce borrower advocate when negotiating the capital markets.

He is an active member of the Northern California Chapter of CCIM and its Silicon Valley Division. He enjoys working with investors, developers, and owner/users. Dave operates from San Jose.

Dave has lived near Hollister since 1993. He enjoys cycling in the hills of San Benito County and traveling with his wife and two sons.
