Bruce Stirling

Bruce Stirling has been a Principal and Manager of the San Diego branch of Pathfinder Mortgage Corporation since 1999. 

With more than 30 years experience in all facets of the Commercial Real Estate industry, Stirling brings a unique perspective to the Commercial Mortgage Banking industry.  After moving to San Diego from Michigan in 1980, he made a mark throughout the 80’s selling large income-producing property as an investment broker specializing in Office, Retail and Multi-Family.  In 1991 he went in to mortgage banking and has been actively originating and servicing loans, primarily for life companies, for the last 20 years.
 

This long career in transactional real estate has developed strong problem solving capabilities and deep ties to the community that help to insure that the client gets the best available scenario.  Stirling believes that expertly underwriting risk, analyzing markets and property values as they relate to the lender’s objectives is the key to successful placement.

Stirling graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a BBA, has been a Real Estate Broker since 1977 and is an active member in various industry organizations.
