Heidi Ehrbar

Heidi Ehrbar, Senior Analyst with Pathfinder Mortgage of Orange County, specializes in the financial analysis of commercial real estate assets. She currently acts as a Loan Originator, Underwriter, and Closer for Pathfinder Mortgage.


Prior to joining Pathfinder Mortgage, Heidi worked in the Seattle real estate market specializing in commercial mortgage brokerage and commercial loan servicing. She holds a California Real Estate License and has completed the Commercial Real Estate Certificate Program through University of Washington.

Heidi is also a Board Member of CREW Orange County.
