Brad Christensen

Brad is Pathfinder’s longest tenured employee having been with the company for 24 years of its 33 year history.   Having started with Pathfinder as an analyst he advanced through the ranks of origination to partner status and finally to co-managing partner of the organization as well as manager of the Orange County branch.

Brad brings value to his clients through deep capital relationships combined with a thorough understanding of the commercial real estate finance markets. His broad industry knowledge shows through to his clients in an ability to make the finance markets understandable and articulate the motivations of the various players. He and his clients use this approach to jointly develop and execute on strategies which attack the capital markets obtaining the financing structure that best optimizes the real estate’s value. He both instructs and guest lectures on commercial real estate finance through the University of California Irvine Extension Program.

Brad specializes in arranging financing for the following property types: Office and medical office buildings, industrial real estate and retail properties.

He is a graduate of the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business with a dual emphasis in finance and accounting.
