Ron Robbins

Mr. Robbins began work in the field of commercial mortgage banking in 1962 with George Elkins Company in Beverly Hills, California. In 1975 he was chosen to be Senior Vice President of that company in charge of all mortgage banking operations including branch offices in San Diego, Newport Beach, San Francisco, and Seattle, Washington. He worked with twelve life insurance companies, a pension fund, and a medical trust represented by the company.
 

In 1986 Mr. Robbins was elected President and Chief Operating Officer of George Elkins Company in charge of all company operations including residential sales, property management, and general insurance, as well as mortgage banking. During the period from 1985 to February 1991 he supervised approximately one billion dollars of commercial real estate loans which were originated, negotiated, appraised, closed, and serviced by George Elkins Company. In addition, he was responsible for all real estate holdings held by Elkins Investment Company.

In 1991 Mr. Robbins founded Pathfinder Mortgage Corporation of Los Angeles and has now  been in the field of mortgage banking for over forty years. He holds a valid California real estate license and is a member of the National Mortgage Bankers Association.
