John Leinbach

John Leinbach is a Vice President with the West Los Angeles office of Pathfinder Mortgage Corporation. John has over eighteen years experience in the origination of income-generating real estate loans in commercial banking, mortgage banking, and CMBS environments. 

Areas of expertise include loan solicitation, processing, documentation and underwriting, and collateral and credit valuation and analysis. Demonstrated success in loan production and management, transaction negotiation/structuring/problem solving, and customer relations.  Additional experience in banking and mortgage finance to include secondary mortgage market sales, asset-liability management, regulatory and compliance, and liability portfolio management.
